Return Policy
All items are eligible for return and/or exchange unless otherwise noted* within a week (7 days) of being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, etc) with issues regarding lost or stolen items. Before purchasing an item, please carefully review the full item description. Returns and exchanges are only available if items are defective or damaged due to seller error, and if the product is still in stock. You will need to contact us via email (courtneyknockel@gmail.com) with photos of the issue and proceed from there. All eligible refunds will be processed after the original item has arrived back in our possession. Please allow for a few business days for credit to be applied. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning their purchase.
